Under The Electric Sun from Dallas, Texas was put together by David Ballenger. He set a goal to conquer being his own recording & sound engineer with a band that could play the songs he grew up playing along to & to cover all of his other favorites & music influences over the years.
Under The Electric Sun is equipped with some heavy hitting local Dallas & Fort Worth, Texas music artists at it's back such as:
Burt Usry II - Current drummer for Vulsella, Awaken To Remember, Ribcage & Hillbilly Orchestra/Mongo with over 30yrs of drums & percussion touring & studio recording experience.
David Ballenger - Born & raised in California, somewhere between the San Francisco Bay area & the Sierra Mountains on the Gateway to Yosemite.... & has had a love & passion for music ranging from The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Cream, ZZ Top, The Who, The Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, Fleetwood Mac & many many more. Davids mission is to keep the spirit of Rock & Roll rolling along & David Ballenger along with his companions are here to play this music & give it eternity.
